Home audio amp with a car subwoofer? Cheaply?

I have a 4 ohm DVC car sub (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6705_MTX-Audio-T9515-44.html) and I was wondering if its possible to run it at 2 ohms like it is in my car with a home audio amp? I've been looking and its either really expensive or its cheap junk (http://cgi.ebay.com/Technical-Pro-TA-4250-2-Channel-4250-Watt-Amp-/200615705676?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb5a0bc4c#ht_2251wt_905) that hopefully has a possibility, or Pyle that may have a mono amp. I was wondering how I would hook it up if that was a possibility? Or if the only way to get it to work is a phase converter? Please let me know what you think.
